Samsung recently introduced its Samsung Wallet. Samsung Pass and Samsung Pay services are now integrated under one roof. You can continue using Samsung Pass for now or “upgrade” to Samsung Wallet. We will now explain how to set up Passport and switch to Samsung Wallet.

To activate Easy Passport service, you should proceed as follows:

  1. Go to the settings.
  2. Go to Biometrics and Security.
  3. Tap on Samsung Pass.
  4. Read and confirm the terms and conditions.
  5. Tap on Register fingerprints and have fingerprint and alternatively iris scan or facial recognition enrolled.

That’s it – now you can use Samsung Pass. On the start page of the app, you should now find a hint pointing to Samsung Wallet. You can either dismiss the prompt or follow the prompt to upgrade to Samsung Wallet. This is also very easy, all you need to do is follow the instructions in the app.

  1. Under the prompt to switch to Samsung Wallet, simply tap Start.
  2. Confirm the switch request below by tapping Next.
