1. Uninstall conflicting applications

Tweak Startup Settings

Changing startup settings is to use the installation media. You need di disable an importing flag in BCD by using command prompt. This flag is known to cause a boot repair loop. After this step the system will boot without any problem.

  1. Reboot your system and press the corresponding F key to display the boot menu. Launch the installation media and then click the Repair your computer option.
  2. Then, on the next page, select the Troubleshoot option. There will be Startup Settings option under Advanced Settings, and click it.

3.After your system restarts, press F5 to enter Safe Mode with Networking. Next press Win + R and launch the Run command box and type cmd.

4.Press Enter and type the following command at the command prompt window: BCDedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype Off.

5.Press Enter. Close the CMD window once the command has been executed successfully.

6.Then reboot the system to check if the boot repair loop issue still occurs.

3.Reverting to a previous system restore point

If above step didn’t work, you need to try for a system restore. This feature allows you to restore Windows to a point where it worked fine. If you wanna perform a system restore, your device must have one or more restore points.

Following below steps you can perform a system restore.

Turn on your system and press the corresponding F key to start opening the menu. Select the Windows 11 installation media and then press Enter.

In the Windows 11 setup window, click the Next button. Next click on the Repair your computer option.

Next select the Troubleshoot option. After click the System Restore icon on the Advanced Settings page.

4.The System Restore window will open. If your system has no existing restore points, you can see a warning message.
5.If your system have got an existing restore point, you can see a Next button below. Click on next button and select the most recent restore point from the list.

6.Next click the Scan for affected programs button. It checks and displays all the programs you lose when you perform a system restore. Click the Close button after reviewing the list.

7.Click the Next button. System Restore confirms your decision to go back to a restore point with your details. Click the Finish button. It will start the system restore.

8.Now You can see a warning message that the system restore cannot be interrupted. Click Yes button and continue.

9.You will see the computer restart automatically and then go back to a previous restore point.

10.After restart process, your system will be boot to Windows 11.

Perform a reinstall of Windows 11

The last thing you have to do is reinstall the windows 11. You may have important documents stored on the C drive. You may opt for the upgrade installation type and preserves your files and documents and replaces Windows files.

Follow the below steps and reinstall the windows 11.

  1. Turn on your system and press the corresponding F key to open the start menu. Next select the Windows 11 installation media and then press Enter.
  2. In the Windows 11 setup window, click the Next button. Then click the Install Now button.

3.If you have a product key enter it. If you don’t have one click the I don’t have a product key option. Select any of operating system version that you like. Such as Home, Pro, Enterprise and so on. Finally click the Next button.

4.Accept EULA option and click Next. To keep all your files, just choose the upgrade option. Next format drive C and select it to install Windows 11.

5. Just wait for the installation to complete. Your system will reboot several times. After that, follow the on-screen instructions and configure Windows settings. Now you can access your system and also old files.
